What is Right Track?
Right Tracks is on a mission is to help young talents unlock their full potential and thereby make more diverse talent available for the industry as well. Successful, confident and accomplished talent from the LGBTQ+community will ultimately become role models and help shape future company cultures to become truly diverse and inclusive.
The Impact
Unfortunately many young LGBTQ+ experience loss of family ties and support networks in the process of coming out.
Some young individuals even find themselves entirely estranged from their families and are completely on their own. Even those who maintain a good relation with their families and old networks, will often distance themselves periodically as they look to connect to their own true self.
Meeting the young individuals with understanding for their situation while being able to provide career support can have a huge impact on their life trajectory - This is what Right Track is about
