Hi, I'm Lau

I'm an ICF-accredited Executive Coach (PCC), Life Coach, and Corporate Trainer with over 2,500 hours of coaching experience, working with professionals, leaders, and C-suite executives across global organisations.

My work focuses on helping individuals and organisations unlock performance through stronger leadership, clearer thinking, and more inclusive cultures. I design and deliver executive coaching, life coaching, and corporate training programmes that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real business challenges - from leadership development and career progression to psychological safety and inclusive leadership.

Before establishing my coaching practice, I built my career in senior commercial roles at Colgate-Palmolive, Beiersdorf, and GSK. This experience means I understand first-hand the complexity, pressure, and expectations leaders face - and I bring that real-world perspective into every coaching and training engagement.

I've delivered leadership training internationally, both virtually and in-person, working with organisations of all sizes. My approach combines structured coaching, behavioural insight, and a strong focus on outcomes - ensuring individuals and teams don't just gain insight, but translate it into meaningful action.

Alongside my client work, I've contributed as a guest lecturer at Birkbeck, University of London, and have co-developed ICF accredited leadership and DEI programmes.

Coaching and training available in English and Danish, with working knowledge of German, Spanish, and Swedish.
